Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you've ordered. If you need to return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase, we've made the process straightforward.

How to initiate a return

Contact our customer service team at support@wearbornwithit.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label and next steps.

What we accept

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We accept returns for defects, sizing issues, or if the item simply isn't right for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are covered by us.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or colour? Exchanges are free. We'll send your replacement as soon as your return arrives at our warehouse.
